Refund Policy

We want Cricket AI to be worth it. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for the paid Pro plan. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Plans & billing

Cricket AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan billed at $88 per month, or $55 per month when billed annually ($660 per year). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

Try Pro risk-free. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that charge — no questions asked. This applies to a new subscriber's initial payment, and you can cancel anytime before then (or after — cancelling simply stops the next renewal).

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, Pro stays active through the end of the current billing period and simply isn't renewed afterward — you keep what you've already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

4. Renewal charges

Because you can cancel before any renewal, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If a renewal caught you off guard — for example you meant to cancel and didn't use Pro in the new period — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith. Refunds beyond this are at our discretion, except where local consumer law grants you a stronger right.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@cricketai.io from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

6. Free tier

The free tier is free — your SEO/GEO audit, strategy, and daily fixes never require payment, so there's nothing to refund there.

7. Problems & chargebacks

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. We reserve the right to suspend access associated with a chargeback while it's investigated.
